Synopsis: - The JLA has been gone for a month, the world is behaving very strangely and Tempest, Zatanna and Atom are having no success in finding out where they went. A program created by Batman for just such an emergency then rounds up a group of heroes to be the new JLA - existing reserve member Atom, former JLA members Firestorm and Green Arrow, the new Hawkgirl, the mage Jason Blood, former villain Major Disaster, mysterious new heroine Faith, and their new field commander, Nightwing.
