HISTORY

While his costume suggested a connection to the Green Lantern Corps, Iorl's status as an actual Lantern remains uncertain. He notably employed a power pack and gauntlet on his right arm, a departure from the traditional power ring. His arrival on Earth was marked by a violent encounter in La Paz, Bolivia, where he was fatally shot by an unidentified man. In his final hours, a courageous Keli Quintela approached him, and Iorl passed the gauntlet to her before his death. He may have intended to give a warning, but Iorl passed away before any secrets could be revealed.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Iorl possessed a power gauntlet and connecting power back, granting the wear similar to that of a Green Lantern power ring. Though it resembled the Gauntlet of Krona there has not been any linkage between the two items.
