Synopsis:
Kristopher Roderic taunts Oliver Evans that he will soon own the Stonechat Museum, despite the efforts of the Hawks, who are heading for India in a Thanagarian vessel. Here they encounter a woman named Jayita who has been helping Danny Evans in his quest to locate the near-legendary diamond known as the Third Eye of Shiva. They catch up with Danny just as he comes under attack from Shadow Thief, Copperhead and Tigress, all in the employ of Roderic. They discover that the temple which houses the diamond is underground, but when military allies of Roderic detonate three missiles in their vicinity, the group suddenly gets split in two, Hawkman's party observed by some cultured elephants...
