HISTORY

Led by Marshal Rankk, the so-called Grey Agents were an organized team of freelance law enforcement in name only. Comprised of operatives from many worlds and species, their hunger for power far outweighed any concern for justice as they sought to fill the void left by the disappearance of the Green Lantern Corps. The Agents would make a name for themselves by taking down Hal Jordan by any means necessary.

Starting their multi-sector pursuit in the Gaming Dens of Y'Gaal in Space Sector 3087, the Grey Agents followed Jordan's trail to Gallun in Sector 2682 before finally cornering two of his associates, Virgo and Trapper in Sector 2832. With the pair in custody, the Grey Agents hauled their captured cruiser to their outpost, located in the Quarax Cluster Field in Sector 2826.

Drawn by the capture of his friends, Jordan arrived at the Grey Agents' outpost, attempting to explain that his criminal reputation was a deliberate deception. The Grey Agents remained unmoved, their objective not justice but the influence they'd gain with his defeat, with his friends' lives being of no concern to them. The ensuing showdown resulted in Dakwa being wounded and the Grey Agents' defeat. Their current status remains unknown, as they haven't been heard from since.

Each of the Grey Agents possesses unique powers and abilities. As a cohesive unit, they leverage their specialized training and advanced technology, including interstellar spacecraft and phasing suits that enable teleportation.
