Synopsis: - The two factions of Rogues confront one another, and before long their hostilities have erupted onto the streets, with massive destruction being caused by the combination of fire, ice, sound, magnetism, weather and gadgets. Elsewhere, Ashley Zolomon is 'asked' to interview the original Captain Boomerang, who can be briefly 'awoken' from death by government technology. As the Flash arrives on the scene of the Rogues' battle, things receive an additional complication - the Top arrives on the scene, to undo his actions which made some of the Rogues turn from their evil ways.
