Synopsis: - It's time for the Flash to be executed for the crime of carrying on Barry's legacy rather than forging his own identity. When Linda releases the guillotine rope, he steals some of the energy from the falling blade, slowing it down to a crawl, which enrages her so that she throws some fruit at him, which Wally causes to explode, taking out the guillotine apparatus and freeing him. Grimm then sends Jay Garrick after him. Wally is able to knock Jay out, but cannot reset the speedster's vibrational pattern to send him home to Keystone. The Rogues then arrive on the scene, having been unable to get home themselves, and battle Grimm's henchmen, as Flash pursues Linda and the villain up a magic beanstalk, giving Cold and Mirror Master the task of ensuring that all of Keystone's residents are within the city limits so that everyone will be able to get back 'home'.
- Confronting Grimm, Wally makes the wise decision to do everything at normal speed, eradicating Grimm's advantage. He reminds Grimm that he is, and always has been, his own man, and destroys the apparatus which is keeping Keystone and its residents trapped in this weird reality and under Grimm's spell.
