Solicitation:
- The Flash Wally West talks to Jay Garrick about marrying Linda. Meanwhile, Max Mercury sees something disturbing and mysterious in a photo, and crazy weather conditions begin occurring all over.
Synopsis: - A black blur appears behind Wally West on a picture taken at a party for Iris Allen. As Wally tells Jay that he plans to propose to Linda, Max Mercury fears that the blur may be the "Black Flash" and may signal Wally's impending death. Wally encounters the Weather Wizard attempting to bring life to the African deserts, and is then delayed by Max and Jesse on his way back to see Linda at the Flash museum, the blur suddenly disappearing from the photograph. Things are looking up, but when they arrive at the Flash Museum shortly later, Linda has been hit by a lightning bolt and been taken by the speed force...
