Synopsis: - Jay Garrick fills in for Wally West while he recuperates from his injuries. He fights various super-villains and searches for Clifford Devoe's lost "Thinking Cap", which he believes will save his old foe's life from a brain tumor. Eventually he finds it, but Devoe chooses not to use it, as there are some times when "winning" is not necessarily the best thing, and passes away.
