Synopsis:

A serial killer is on the loose in Sub Diego, and what's left of the police department is not having any luck investigating matters. Aquaman enlists help from friends on the surface, and discovers that the deceased were killed by oxygen exposure, but not from swimming to the surface. He seeks out a known psychopath, but physical evidence rules him out, so he enlists help from an unlikely source, the criminal mind of the Scarecrow. He reveals that the eight victims' names are a clue, with the initials spelling out most of the message 'I can't take it any more'. The two missing letters are C and A, and it just so happens that former police officer Chandra Abbott is investigating this case.
