Which is true? Which is false? And what is the secret of the storytellers themselves?
Synopsis: - In the far future, two travelers meet on a narrow bridge, and one must yield the way to the other. They choose to have a contest of stories.

- The second story is of a villainous Aquaman who uses his flying city to control the sea and the air.
